Here is how it works:
We meet with you to determine your goals and overall vision for the project. If you already have the land, we can do a site visit to talk through and understand your build. We can also provide some preliminary numbers to help you plan your total project. If the budget and scope of work is possible, then we can begin with the pre-construction and design phase.
We work with some of the best architects here in San Diego. With a new build you have the opportunity to select and build a home uniquely tailored to you. We provide recommendations for design professional that can help you with your new build. We help give you access to Architects, Designers and various fixture and material suppliers. In this phase, we work along with the Architect and Designers to help you understand what the process will cost. A final estimate will be given when the plans and concept are complete.
With a full set of plans and building permits, your project is ready to break ground. We help take your land from concept to completion. We guide and oversee the entire construction projects. This includes grading, utility connection, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, though to cabinetry, flooring and fixtures. We coordinate with the architect, engineers and building inspectors. Upon the completion of your build, we turn over to you a complete home. A home that incorporates your wants and creativity.
