Once you’ve identified properties you are interested in, we will setup a time for you to see the property. Upon selecting your new home, we will put together a purchase offer on your behalf. The signed offer along with a pre-approval letter is sent to the Seller of the home you are interested in. Once the Seller accepts, we help manage the escrow and help guide you though all the closing steps. Viola – You are now a new home owner!
