How many bedrooms and bathrooms are you looking for? Typically clients have a minimum number of bedrooms they are looking for. We can help you select properties that meet your exact needs.

After our one-on-one interview, we develop a game plan that you can follow. We will setup a personalized search that fit exactly what you are looking for. Once you’ve identified properties you are interested in, we will setup a time for you to see the property. Upon selecting your new home, we will put together a purchase offer on your behalf. The signed offer along with a pre-approval letter is sent to the Seller of the home you are interested in. Once the Seller accepts, we help manage the escrow and help guide you though all the closing steps. Viola – You are now a new home owner!
