The first neighborhoods of the master-planned East lake community were opened on 3,200 acres of land. This is located south of San Diego within Chula Vista. Presently, the community is flourishing and remains one of the most popular neighborhoods in the South County and has one of the highest real estate prices. East Lake is not far from Chula Vista’s Olympic Training Center for US athletes.
